NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sonora City Council and Tuolumne County Transportation Council will have a special closed session meeting on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 3:00 PM in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 2 S. Green St., Sonora, CA 95370.
NOTICE: THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 52953(E) AND THE CITY OF SONORA CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 03-21-2022-A.

1. Closed Session - Conference Involving a Joint Powers Agency - Tuolumne County Transportation Council (TCTC) (Authority: Government Code Section 54956.96) - Discussion will concern:
Anticipated Litigation (Gov. Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)) - One (1) Case. City Representatives on TCTC are: Jim Garaventa and Collette Such. Also attending: Chris Gorsky, Administrative Services Director and Erin Dervin, City Attorney.
