NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sonora City Council will have an emergency meeting on Monday, January 9, 2023, at 2:30 PM in the City of Sonora Council Chambers located at 94 N. Washington Street Sonora, CA 95370.
NOTICE: THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 52953(E) AND THE CITY OF SONORA CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 12-19-2023-A.

1. Consider adoption of Resolution 01-09-2023-A ratifying a Proclamation of a Local State of Emergency in the City of Sonora, as required by the California Emergency Services Act, California Government Code Section 8630(b).
Motion made by Council Member Andy Merrill, Seconded by Councilmember Suzanne Cruz.
