CALL TO ORDER Al Rios, Mayor called a Special City Council meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL Yodit Glaze, City Clerk
PRESENT Mayor Al Rios, Vice Mayor Maria del Pilar Avalos, Council Member Maria Davila, and Council Member Gil Hurtado; City Manager Chris Jeffers, City Attorney Raul F. Salinas
ABSENT Council Member Denise Diaz, and City Treasurer Gregory Martinez 1 CITY COUNCIL The City Council and Executive Team undertook the drafting of a Vision Statement and Strategic Plan in this workshop which will be presented at a future meeting for consideration and adoption by the City Council.
ADJOURNMENT Vice Mayor Avalos adjourned the meeting at 2:23 p.m. and seconded Council Member Davila.
