Gil Hurtado, Mayor called a Special City Council Meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

PRESENT Mayor Gil Hurtado, Vice Mayor Maria Davila, Council Member Maria del Pilar Avalos, Council Member Joshua Barron, and Council Member Al Rios; City Treasurer Jose De La Paz; City Manager Rob Houston EXCUSED City Attorney Raul F. Salinas
1 PRESENT ATION The City Council and City Leadership staff received a presentation on roles and responsibilities in a municipal organization and governance best practices.
CLOSED SESSION The Council Members recessed into Closed Session at 11:07 a.m. City Manager, Rob Houston, reported the following:

ADJOURNMENT Mayor Hurtado unanimously adjourned the meeting at 12:50 p.m. and seconded by Vice Mayor Davila.
