CLOSED SESSION The Council Members recessed into Closed Session at 5:03 p.m. and reconvened at 7:25 p.m. with All Members of Council present. City Attorney Salirxas was excused from the rest of the meeting and departed from closed session at 6:21 p.m. City Manager Houston reported the following:

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES OF APRIL 29, 2025 ADJOURNMENT Council Member Rios unanimously adjourned the meeting at 7:26 p.m. and seconded by Council Member Hurtado.
