1 PROCLAMATION T he City Council issued a Proclamation declaring May 26, 2025, as Memorial Day.

T he City Council issued a Proclamation declaring the week of May 18 - 24, 2025 as National Public Works Week.
CLOSED SESSION The Council Members recessed into Closed Session at 5:24 p.m. and reconvened at 6:29 p.m. with three (3) Members of Council present. City Attorney Salinas reported the following:
