CLOSED SESSION The Council Members recessed into Closed Session at 6:33 p.m. and reconvened at 9:22 p.m. with All Members of Council present City Manager Houston reported the following:

ADJOURNMENT Council Member Avalos unanimously adjourned the meeting at 9:22 p.m. and seconded by Council Member Hurtado.
