CALL TO ORDER Maria Davila, Mayor called a Special City Council Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

PRESENT Mayor Maria Davila, Vice Mayor Joshua Barron, Council Member Maria del PilarAvalos, Council Member Gil Hurtado and Council MemberAl Rios; City Manager Rob Houston, City Attorney Raul F. Salinas EXCUSED/ABSENT City Treasurer Jose De La Paz
CLOSED SESSION The Council Members recessed into Closed Session at 5:53 p.m. and reconvened at 6:57 p.m. with four (4) Members of Council present.
Council Member Avalos was not present. City Attorney Salinas reported the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Representation: Rob Houston, City Manager
Unrepresented Employees: Top Management/Department Directors, Hourly Employees
Employee Organizations: SGMEA, SGPMMA, SGDMA, SGPMA, SGPOA
On item 1, the City Council received a presentation by the City Manager and upon completion of that presentation, guidance was given but no reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT Vice Mayor Barron adjourned the meeting at 6:54 p.m. and seconded by Council Member Rios.
