CALL TO ORDER Maria Davila, Mayor called a Special City Council Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

PRESENT Mayor Maria Davila, Vice Mayor Joshua Barron, Council Member Maria del Pilar Avalos, Council Member Gil Hurtado and Council Member Al Rios; City Treasurer Jose De La Paz, City Manager Rob Houston, Special Counsel Craig Hardwick
ABSENT City Attorney Raul F. Salinas
PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT
& SELECTION The City Council unanimously received and filed the list of new and promoted full-time employees hired or promoted during July 2025.
CLOSED SESSION The Council Members recessed into Closed Session at 5:26 p.m. and reconvened at 6:32 p.m. with all Members of Council present. Special Counsel Hardwick reported the following:

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES OF AUGUST 26, 2025 ADJOURNMENT Council Member Avalos unanimously adjourned the meeting at 6:32 p.m. and seconded by Council Member Hurtado.
