Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance
At 9:02 a.m. Mayor Middlebrook called the meeting to order. Middlebrook then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
Roll Call
Present were Mayor Middlebrook, Councilmembers Bass, Friedrich, Middlebrook and Wallace.
Councilmember Creegan was absent.
Also present were City Manager Irvin, City Attorney Stroud, and City Clerk Blankenship.

Action: Passed Resolution 2022-105 adopting the FY 2022 to 2027 Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan.

2. Letter of Intent to Sell Surplus Property Owned by South Tahoe Redevelopment Successor Agency at 3900 and 3908 Lake Tahoe Boulevard to Novin Development and SMR Development for $1 Million

Action: Acting as the South Tahoe Redevelopment Successor Agency, Passed STRSA Motion 2022-003 authorizing and directing the Board Chair to execute the Letter of Intent with Novin Development and SMR Development, and authorizing the Executive Director to enter into negotiations on a purchase and sale agreement for the property located at 3900 and 3908 Lake Tahoe Blvd.
