WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17, 2024, AT 7:01 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER:
The Special Meeting of the South Pasadena Housing Authority Board of Directors was called to order by Mayor Zneimer on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 8:26 P.M. in the Amedee O. "Dick" Richards, Jr. Council Chambers, located at 1424 Mission Street, South Pasadena, California.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT Mayor/Chair Evelyn G. Zneimer
Mayor Pro Tem/Vice Chair Jack Donovan
Councilmember/Authority Member Jon Primuth
Councilmember/Authority Member Michael A. Cacciotti
Councilmember/Authority Member Janet Braun
ABSENT None.
Tiara Solorzano, Management Assistant, announced a quorum.
CITY STAFF PRESENT:
Arminé Chaparyan, City Manager/Executive Director; Roxanne Diaz, City Attorney; Tiara Solorzano, Management Assistant were present at Roll Call. Other staff members presented reports or responded to questions as indicated in the minutes.

MEETINGS
Recommendation
It is recommended that the Board of the South Pasadena Housing Authority consider adoption of the Resolution setting the date, time, and place of its regular meetings.

COUNCIL ACTION AND MOTION
A motion was made by Authority Member Braun, seconded by Authority Member Cacciotti, and approved by roll call vote to approve Item No. 1 as presented. The motion carried 5-0, by the following vote:
AYES: Braun, Cacciotti, Donovan, Primuth, Chair Zneimer NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAINED: None.
Resolution No. 2024-01 HA was adopted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further matters, Chair Zneimer adjourned the meeting of the Housing Authority Board of Directors at 8:30 P.M.
