Thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide you with a proposal for changes & upgrades to the new, stock CCLP150 (F22P-20456) Type I ambulance that we proposed recently. We are pleased to extend the following pricing for your consideration.

Description Price
1 Red wrap, with one of three available 3M red colors. Samples to be provided to South San Francisco Fire for color selection. Includes removal and reinstallation of all lights and hardware for wrap installation.

Payment Terms: Payment shall be made directly to RedSky Emergency Vehicles or as directed by RedSky Emergency Vehicles. Payment is due at time of delivery.
The Seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for any delay in delivering the quoted items covered by this agreement where such failure or delay is due, in whole or in part, to any cause beyond the control or without the fault or negligence of the Seller. Additions or deletions may be made, but would be quoted separately and affect timing of final delivery.
