Transmission Service Department Manager
• Develop the new transmission division service department at the Redwood City branch as an Allison Transmission dealership to support the Google and Facebook Bus fleet maintenance. Expand the service transmission repair, Troubleshooting and complete overhaul programs.
• Promote the Allison service department parts and service with Vanhool large Fleet accounts and owner operated tour coach customers. • Perform road service and troubleshooting on all ABC Companies local shops Redwood City, Moffett Field, Newark, and San Francisco. Supervise and perform transmission repairs and Vanhool bus electrical systems repairs.
Carry out Technician’s hands on training, Diagnostics, Troubleshooting, Repairs, reprograming and final quality road test.
• Perform all transmission repairs and technical advice for Google Bus Refurbished 2018, 2019 and 2020 project of 35 buses between ABC shop in Costa Mesa, CA Redwood City branch.
• Perform Allison transmission training for the ABC Companies Redwood City, Moffet Field, Newark and San Francisco shops technicians. Instructor led and hands on.
• Perform Allison Transmission presentation to ABC headquarter Customer care team in Florida via webinar 2019 and 2020.
• Provide Allison transmission technical support to the ABC customer care Team company comprise of 9 shops.
