The Vendor shall provide professional movers for moving the existing Main Library and existing Parks & Recreation and City Council located:

2. Section 3.03 Duties and Responsibilities of the Movers
3. Packing: Movers are responsible for boxing, packing, and unpacking all the items including:
a. Library:
i. Remove all the items in the collection comprised of
approximately 75,000 items such as books, CDs, and
DVDs off the shelves in the general order and sequence
designated by library staff.

4. Section 6.01 Submittal Requirements
4. Proposal Deadline: RFP shall be transmitted in electronic format (pdf) and submitted via email to [email protected] and [email protected] Proposals shall be submitted before 2:00 p.m. Pacific on Wednesday May 05, 2023. Proposals received after this time will not be considered.
