o MM-BIO-2: Minimizes biological resources impacts to nesting birds. o MM CUL-1: Minimizes cultural resources impacts to unknown archaeological resources. o MM-CUL-2: Minimizes cultural resources impacts in the event that human remains are discovered. o MM-GEO-1: Minimizes geology and soils impacts from seismic-related hazards. o MM-HAZ-1 and MM-HAZ 2: Minimizes hazards and hazardous materials impacts due to the disposal of and exposure to hazardous materials.
o MM-NO-1: Minimizes noise and vibration impacts related to generation of substantial temporary or a permanent increase in ambient noise levels.
o MM TCR-1: Minimizes tribal cultural resources impacts in the event that unanticipated prehistoric cultural resources (or TCRs) are exposed during project construction.

CEQA – SUMMARY
• Comments received have not raised any issues that would require recirculation of the IS/MND or preparation of an environmental impact report
• No new significant effects were identified
• No new mitigation measures were added and proposed revisions to the mitigation measures would result in measures that are equivalent or more effective,
