(California Revenue and Taxation Code § 11911.) FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation in the County of San Mateo, State of California (“Grantor”) DOES
hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to Prologis USLV NewCA 2, LLC, a Delaware limited liability (“Grantee”)
any and all Rights, Title, and Interest that Grantor has or may have acquired over “Parcel 2” by virtue of, and as further described in, that certain Deed recorded on May 13, 1919 in the Official Records of San Mateo County, California in Book 281, Page 6, (the “Grant of Easement”), and as more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B” attached hereto (the Quitclaimed Area).
The rights, title and interest hereby quitclaimed are not necessary or useful in the performance of the duties of the City.
This quitclaim shall be deemed to apply only to the rights, title, and interest of the City under the Grant of Easement as they pertain to the Quitclaimed Area and shall not diminish or affect any of the City’s rights, title and interest as to any other land described in the said Grant of Easement located outside of the Quitclaimed Area.
