small public works infrastructure projects through
design and construction in the Bay Area for more
than 12 years, Project Manager Scott Shepard, PE
is an ideal candidate to manage the School St,
Spruce Ave, and Hillside Blvd Safety and Access
Improvements project. Scott is a leader in our
Northern California who has delivered similar active
transportation projects including, Class 2 and Class
3 bicycle facilities, Complete Streets improvements, ADA and associated pedestrian improvements and has experience navigating projects through Caltrans Local Assistance and securing the necessary E-76 authorization. Scott understands what it takes to complete a Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) package while meeting City project objectives and integrating community and stakeholder input at every phase of the project.
