Dear Mr. Barrera,
The SSF Housing Authority is located at 350 C Street, there are 80 units and 200 people residing at this time with the majority being working families with school aged children. After polling our residents as to one of the top resources needed the top request has been better connectivity and accessibility to free or affordable WIFI and internet services. More of our residents are working from home post Covid, and students are able to do their homework online and so the demand for WIFI accessibility per family has increased. Our seniors as well as those with disabilities can also access their health care providers or families via zoom or facetime making it more convenient and safer for them rather than having to do any unnecessary traveling.
