Braun Northwest is pleased to offer the following proposal which is based upon HGAC contract AM10-23:
One (1) 2025 North Star 167-1 Ambulance on a 2025 Ford F-450 4x2 Ambulance Prep diesel chassis based upon enclosed NS vehicle #4021-1 "Approved" specifications dated 8/23/24 and drawings dated 7/19/24 with the following changes:
• Utilize 2025 Ford F-450 4x2 ambulance prep diesel chassis with the following options:
-99 OEM Forged Polished Aluminum wheels (64D) and Rear-view camera & prep kit (872) Utilize Braun NW supplied and installed Stryker Power-LOAD loading system • Utilize Ward No Smoke exhaust filter system
• Include Change Order #1-5

Terms: Ninety percent (90%) payment due upon receipt of vehicle. Balance due in thirty (30) bove pricing includes a chassis flooring fee.
