❑ Award of the Construction Contract to K.J. Woods Construction Inc. for the Oyster Point Blvd Sanitary Sewer Main Reconstruction Project.
❑ Approval of a Reimbursement Agreement with Kilroy in an amount not to exceed $535,000 for the preparation and completion of the design and bid documents. ❑ Approval of a License for Use of Real Property Agreement with HCP Oyster Point III, LLC for construction staging and access.
❑ Approval of Budget Amendment No. 25.056 to allocate funding for project implementation.
