Subject: Award and Exclusive Contract with Pump Pod
Dear Chief Samson,
California Water Service (Cal Water) values our longstanding partnership with the South San Francisco Fire Department and your continued commitment to water conservation and public safety.
This letter is to formally notify you that Cal Water has approved a rebate of up to $130,000.00 to purchase a DRAFTS Unit from PumpPodUSA of which your department will be reimbursed by check issued within 4-6 weeks of the time of Delivery and Acceptance. Cal Water has recognized PumpPodUSA as the sole provider authorized to supply and support these units through Cal Water programs, including any related rebate or resource allocation initiatives.
As part of this exclusive arrangement, all requests for Pump Pod equipment will be facilitated directly through Cal Water in collaboration with Pump Pod. This ensures consistency in technology, water conservation benefits, and operational support across our service area.
