Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned, City of South San Francisco, the owner of that certain piece of land situated in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows, to-wit:

That the City of South San Francisco, as owner, of said land, did, on the 2ND of June 2025, enter into a contract with JJR Construction, Inc. for the subject project upon the land above described.
That on the 15th of October 2025, the said contract or work of improvement, as a whole, was actually completed by the said contractor; That the name and address of all the owner of said property are as follows:

and the nature of our title to said property is fee ownership.
