Background & Scope
• Restrooms originally built in 2001
• No renovations since construction
• Materials and amenities used have reached end of life • Staff clean daily and deep clean monthly
• New project will:
• Remove all interior finishes
• Replace with high durability epoxy flooring and FRP wall panels • All new amenities including touchless features
• Enhanced lighting as well as active and passive ventilation Use Trends
• 2023 new synthetic sports field opened
• Peak monthly users at sports field
• Prior to synthetic field: Approximately 8,000
• After opening: Approximately 30,000
