PG&E has reviewed the 204, 208, 214 and 216 Miller Avenue and 405 Cypress Avenue project for the proposed vacation of Public Utility Easements and has the following response:
X No objection to the proposed vacation of the Public Utility Easements.
No objection to the proposed vacation of Public Utility Easements but require the additional easements shown on the attached plat map.
Object for the following reasons:
We conditionally agree to the vacation of the Public Utility Easements. Once the existing facilities have been removed and the proposed facilities have been installed, we will formally sign off on the vacation of the Public Utility Easement Vacation within the boundaries of the property as shown on the attached plat map.
