STORM DRAIN EASEMENT TO BE VACATED
Real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows:
Being the same Storm Drain Easement conveyed to the City of South San Francisco, described as Parcels 1 and 2 in that certain Grant of Easement, recorded on September 24, 1986 as Instrument No. 86117795, Official Records of San Mateo County;
Said Storm Drain Easement also being a portion of Parcel A, as said Parcel in shown on Parcel Map, entitled “P.S. Business Park”, filed for record on August 7, 1985 in Book 56 of Parcel Maps at Pages 19 and 20, Records of San Mateo County, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most westerly corner of said Parcel A, said corner being a point on the southeasterly line of San Mateo Avenue, as shown on said Parcel Map (56 PM 19-20), said corner also being the beginning of a non-tangent curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 266.00 feet, from said corner a radial line bears North 62°36'06" West;
Thence northeasterly along said southeasterly line of San Mateo Avenue and along said curve, through a central angle of 12°21'23", with an arc length of 57.37 feet to a point, said point being the beginning of a compound curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 266.00 feet, said point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence leaving said point and continuing along said southeasterly line of San Mateo Avenue and along said curve, through a central angle of 1°06'38", with an arc length of 5.16 feet to the beginning of a compound curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 35.50 feet; Thence northeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 7°55'28", with an arc length of 4.91 feet; Thence leaving said southeasterly line of San Mateo Avenue, South 43°01'59" East, 8.53 feet; Thence North 26°54'57" East, 14.97 feet to a point on said southeasterly line of San Mateo Avenue, said point being the beginning of a non-tangent curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 35.50 feet, from said point a radial line bears South 17°42'17" East; Thence northeasterly along said southeasterly line of San Mateo Avenue and along said curve, through a central angle of 05°15'30", with an arc length of 3.26 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve, concave to the northwest, having a radius of 44.50 feet, from said point a radial line bears South 12°26'47" East; Thence northeasterly along said southeasterly line of San Mateo Avenue and along said curve, through a central angle of 14°12'16", with an arc length of 11.03 feet; Thence leaving said southeasterly line, South 26°54'57" West, 28.99 feet; Thence South 39°42'47" East, 77.05 feet;
Thence South 53°21'58" East, 153.43 feet;
Thence South 30°01'51" East, 140.71 feet to a point on southerly line of said Parcel A, said point also being the beginning of a non-tangent curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 190.00 feet, from said point a radial line bears North 08°24'51" East;
Thence northwesterly along said southerly line and along said curve, through a central angle of 03°57'44", with an arc length of 13.14 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly line, North 30°01'51" West, 130.12 feet; Thence North 53°21'58" West, 152.57 feet;
Thence North 39°42'47" West, 81.38 feet;
Thence North 43°01'59" West, 14.75 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 4,064 square feet, more or less.
