FY 2026-27 Parking Meter and Permit Rates
Metered Parking Rates
For FY 2026-27, metered parking rates are increased by $0.25 per hour, to the rates set forth in the table below.

Surface Parking Lots $1.25/hour Increase by $0.25/hour (to $1.50/hour) Up to $3.00/hour Miller Parking Garage $1.25/hour No Change (see note below) Up to $3.00/hour Note: No FY 2026-27 increase is proposed for the Miller Parking Garage. The City intends to encourage greater utilization of available garage parking before considering future rate adjustments.
Parking Permit Rates
For FY 2026-27, parking permit rates are adjusted to the rates set forth in the table below to help oƯset increasing operational, maintenance, technology, and administration costs associated with managing the City's parking permit program.

Any future adjustments would be based on parking occupancy data, parking demand, operational needs, and the parking management objectives identified in the Downtown Parking Study.
