South 16º44’15” West, 196.20 feet, to a 3/4"Iron Pipe stamped “LS 8749” lying on the Northwesterly Right of Way line of Westborough Boulevard as shown on said map; thence along the Northwesterly Right of Way line of Westborough Boulevard North 79º54’49” East, 141.40 feet to an angle point in Westborough Boulevard and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing along the Northwesterly Right of Way of Westborough Boulevard North 55º05’46” West, 15.56 feet; thence
