The City Council meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m. by Mayor Shawver.

Present: Council Member Barrios, Council Member Warren, and Mayor Shawver.
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Torres.
Excused: Council Member Taylor.

5. NEW BUSINESS
5A. CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP - STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES REVIEW AND UPDATE Overview and update of the City’s Strategic Objectives. Council will discuss, define, prioritize, and affirm objectives and strategies for the City.
Public Comment was opened.
No one appearing to speak, public comment was closed.
Introduction by Ms. Hannah Shin-Heydorn, City Manager.
Introduction and presentation by Ms. Carol Jacobs, Managing Director, Baker Tilly and Ms.
Mary Locey, Consulting Manager, Baker Tilly.
Mayor Pro Tem Torres arrived at 5:29 p.m.
The City Council directed staff to return with the final Baker Tilly summary report in addition to staff recommendations for approval at a future Council Meeting.
