The City Council meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tem Torres.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE None.

Present: Council Member Barrios, Council Member Taylor, Council Member Warren, and Mayor Pro Tem Torres.
Absent: None.
Excused: Mayor Shawver.

Mayor Shawver arrived at 7:35 p.m.
5A. STATE OF THE CITY 2025
The City of Stanton will hold its annual State of the City address, during which the City Council and members of City staff will provide updates on key initiatives, community development, and the future of Stanton. The event is open to the public, and all residents are welcome to attend.
The City Council received and filed the reports.
