==================================================================== RESOLUTION AWARDING A PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $XXX,XXX WITH PCL CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A LUMP SUM PRICE PROPOSAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOUTH STOCKTON GROUNDWATER WELL REHABILITATION AT WELL SSS8 (PROJECT NO. UH22008) The South Stockton Groundwater Well Rehabilitation at Well SSS8 Project will provide design and lump sum price proposal to implement wellhead treatment and water treatment facility improvements necessary to meet the State Water Resources Control Board Drinking Water Standards and the requirements of California law (Assembly Bill 756); now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The Progressive Design-Build Contract for the Project, in the amount of DOLLAR AMOUNT IN WORDS ($X,XXX,XXX), between the City of Stockton and PCL Construction, Inc. is hereby awarded, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Progressive Design-Build Contract for the Project with PCL Construction, Inc.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to take the appropriate actions to carry out the purpose and intent of the resolution.
This Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
