ALL that certain real property, situate in the South one-half of Section 4, Towns ip 2 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northerly corner of Parcel 1 as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for record in Book 25 of Parcel Maps, at Page 34, San Joaquin County Records, said Northerly corner being also on the Southwest line of a 60-foot wide Irrevocable ffer of Dedication for the extension of Grider Way as shown on said map;

Containing 519,753 square feet (11.93 acres), more or less.
A bearing of South 41 ° 40' 42" West for the centerline of Lower Sacramento Roa as shown on that certain Record of Survey filed in Book 38 of Surveys, at Page 11 , San Joaquin County Records, was used as a basis for all bearings. Distances show are ground distances.
