Dear Resident,
This notice is being sent to inform you that the property near 681 Grider Way , Stockton, C alifornia is proposing to annex into the City of Stock ton to permit a self-storage facility and associated onsite improvements (parking, lighting, landscaping). The property currently resides within unincorporated San Joaquin County and is required to annex into the City to receive City water, storm, and sanitary services for the proposed commercial development.
The parcel being annexed is approximately nine acres and is currently designated for Commercial uses by the Stockton General Plan. The proposed annexation will be consistent with the City’s General Plan.
The proposed development and associated use are allowed under the existing and proposed zoning by right.
As part of the annexation process, this notice is being sent to inform you of a meeting that will occur on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28TH AT 5:00 PM PACIFIC TIME at the [Windmill Homeowners Center] [Elkhorn Golf Club, 1050 Elkhorn Drive, Stockton, CA] to answer any questions you may have about the proposed annexation of this parcel.
