STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION APPOINTING LORI M. ASUNCION AS ACTING CITY ATTORNEY FOR THE CITY OF STOCKTON Due to the resignation of John M. Luebberke, the City Attorney position will be vacant, and it is necessary to appoint an Acting City Attorney to carry out the duties and functions of the City Attorney until such time as a permanent appointment can be made; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
That Lori M. Asuncion is appointed Acting City Attorney of the City of Stockton, said appointment to be effective April 1, 2022.
