STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
That effective April 1, 2022, LORI M. ASUNCION, ACTING CITY ATTORNEY, is hereby authorized to accept deeds and grants of real property and interests therein and to consent to the recordation thereof for and on behalf of the City of Stockton.
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record a copy of this Resolution with the San Joaquin County Recorder’s Office.
That Resolution No. 10-0085 adopted by the City Council on March 16, 2010, is hereby rescinded effective March 31, 2022.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED March 22, 2022 .
