CITY OF STOCKTON
STANDARD AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
This Amendment Number __3__ to the above referenced Agreement is entered into on _______________________ between the City of Stockton (“City”) and the Animal Protection League, a California nonprofit public health corporation “Contractor”.
RECITALS
Section 11.1 Amendment states that no provision of this MOU may be amended or modified except by a written instrument signed by both Parties; and
The City elects exercise the option to extend the term of the MOU by one year, as specified in section 4.2 to continue veterinary and shelter services to the Stockton Animal Shelter for the humane care and treatment of animals; and
Section 5.1 states annual payment for any term extension exercised will be for a mutually agreed upon amount not to exceed five percent (5%) of the preceding year; and Now therefore, the City and the Contractor mutually agree as follows:
1.The termination date in Paragraph 2 of the Standard Agreement is amended to:
June 30, 2023
2.The maximum not to exceed amount to be paid to the Contractor for a one-year extension will be:
$1,590,471.71
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and remain in full force and effect unless modified by a written amendment signed by both parties.
