STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE RESOLUTION OF INTENTION FOR THE FORMATION OF THE MIRACLE MILE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON MAY 24, 2022 The City Council approved a Resolution of Intention for the formation of the Miracle Mile Community Improvement District (MMCID) on May 24, 2022 (2022-05-24-1503); and City staff requests the rescinding of the Resolution of Intention due to a mailing error necessitating the reissuance of the notice and balloting process; and City staff requests that the Resolution of Intention adopted be rescinded to allow the reissuance of the notice and balloting process for certification of mailing by the City Clerk; now, therefore, BE it resolved by THE City Council OF THE City OF Stockton, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby rescinds the Resolution of Intention for the formation of the Miracle Mile Community Improvement District adopted by the City Council on May 24, 2022, (Resolution No. 2022-05-24-1503), incorporated herein as Exhibit 1.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to take whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
