STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE MEMBER THE STOCKTON PLANNING COMMISISON Positions on the Planning Commission are directly appointed by City Councilmembers with terms that coincide with the appointing Councilmember; and The District 1 position has been vacated due to the resignation of Gerardo Garcia on June 14, 2022; and Councilmember Jobrack has reviewed applications and has made a nomination for appointment; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The following applicant is found to have met the criteria for appointment and is authorized to serve as a member of the Planning Commission for a partial term to commence on appointment and ending January 31, 2023:
District 1: Felix Ogbah
The City Manager is authorized to take such other actions as are appropriate to carry out the intent of this Resolution.
