TO Sinclair General Engineering Construction, Inc. (Contractor). You are hereby directed to make the herein described changes from the plans and specifications or do the following described work not included in the plans and specifications of this contract.
1. ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR EXTRA WORK ON TIME AND MATERIALS BASIS This change order provides for compensating the contractor for additional costs of excavation and associated dewatering work to remove the deteriorated culverts that were buried at the bottom of the channel and to maintain a dry work zone. Deploy two additional aquadams to support dewatering efforts. Modify the headwalls, wingwalls, and aprons to conform to field conditions.
Estimated Cost at Force Account: $470,000.00
TOTAL COST OF CHANGE ORDER WORK: $470,000.00
The additional compensation, if any, included in this change order constitutes full compensation, including all mark ups, profi ts, surcharges, taxes and overhead costs, for the change in work as specified.
