NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING NOTICE
530 E. Market Street
Dear Resident or Property Owner,
This notice is being sent to inform you that 530 E. Market Street Investors, LLC, owners of the property located at 530 E. Market Street (the former Record building) is proposing a mixed-use repurposing of the property for retail, self-storage, office, and possibly housing and associated onsite improvements (parking, lighting, landscaping). This repurposing involves a request to allow personal mini storage in a portion of the existing building.
The project site totals approximately 2.65 acres, is currently designated “CD” or “Commercia l Downtown.” The proposed personal storage use would require a commission use permit (CUP) approved by the Planning Commission and a zoning text amendment approved by the City Council to conditionally permit this use in the CD zone.
As part of the approval process, this notice is being sent to inform you of a meeting that will occur on WEDNESDAY, JULY 27, 2022 AT 5:30 PM PACIFIC TIME at the project site (530 E. Market Street, Stockton) to answer any questions you may have about the proposed project.
