STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO COMMUNICATIONS SITE LEASE WITH T-MOBILE AT VALVERDE PARK In April 2002, the City entered into a Communications Site Lease Agreement with Cingular Wireless (now T-Mobile) to lease approximately 240 square feet of Valverde Park for a wireless communication facility; and An amendment to the lease is needed for a tower footprint expansion of 49 square feet; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Manager of the City of Stockton is hereby authorized and directed to execute an amendment to the Communications Site Lease between T-Mobile West Tower LLC and the City of Stockton, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated by this reference.
2. The City Manager, or designee, is hereby authorized to take whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
