RECITALS
The City entered into a cooperative Purchase Agreement with Contractor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the National IPA (NIPA) Information Technology Solutions and Services agreement 2018011-01; and Cooperative/Piggyback Purchase Agreement states this Agreement may be amended only by a written amendment, consistent with COOP, and signed by the Contractor and City Manager; and The City needs to increase the Compensation, Not to Exceed amount in Box 8 in the Agreement Summary on
and services; and
Now therefore, the City and the Contractor mutually agree as follows:
The maximum not to exceed amount in Box 8 in the Agreement Summary on Page 1 and Section 3 Compensation of
$14,560,000
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and remain in full force and effect unless modified by a written amendment signed by both parties.
