STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF COUNCILMEMBER
KIMBERLY WARMSLEY AS VICE MAYOR
The Mayor of the City of Stockton, pursuant to Article XI, Section 1103 of the City Charter, has nominated Councilmember Kimberly Warmsley as Vice Mayor for a term to commence upon ratification of the nomination by the Council and continue until December 31, following the next general municipal election (currently scheduled for November 2024); now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby ratifies said nomination.
Kimberly Warmsley is hereby appointed Vice Mayor of the City of Stockton for a term commencing immediately and continuing until December 31 following the next general municipal election.
