STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE MEASURE W OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE Positions on the Measure W Oversight Committee are directly appointed by City Councilmembers with terms that coincide with the appointing Councilmember; and A vacancy exists on the Measure W Oversight Committee due to the resignation of the District 2 Appointee; and Councilmember Wright has reviewed applications and has made a nomination for appointment; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Esau Hernandez is found to meet the criteria for appointment and is authorized to serve as a member representing District 2 on the Measure W Oversight Committee with an appointment to commence immediately and end January 31, 2025.
