Customers on the attached roster were notified by certified mail of this hearing but did not attend same. The City of Stockton is hereby granted the ability to enforce its liens by adding delinquent amounts to the amounts to the property tax roll of the County of San Joaquin in respect of the listed properties. The City of Stockton is further granted the ability to seek reimbursement of all costs and expenses associated with the enforcement of same unless the affected parties arrange payment of delinquent amounts on or before June 29, 2023.
