STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE MAIN STREET COMPLETE STREETS, PROJECT NO. WT18006 On November 5, 2019, by Resolution No. 2019-11-05-1105, Council authorized the award of a Professional Services Contract, in the amount of $585,000, to Siegfried Engineering, Inc., of Stockton, CA, to prepare a Precise Road Plan and environmental documentation for the Main Street Complete Streets, Project No. WT18006; and Amendment Nos. 1 and 2 were administratively issued under the City Manager’s authority to expand the limits of Main Street and incorporate Market Street in the Precise Road Plan; and Appropriation of funds is needed to fund all remaining costs to complete the Precise Road Plan, including Planning Permit Fees, any additional consultant fees, and staff costs; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council approves the appropriation of funds in the amount of $100,000 from the Measure K Maintenance fund balance to the Main Street Complete Streets, Project No. WT18006.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to take whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
