STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MAYORAL APPOINTMENT TO COUNCIL COMMITTEES AND COMMITTEE STRUCTURE/FUNCTION ROSTER Charter Article XI, Section 1102 provides the powers and duties of the Mayor; and Charter Section 1102(f) delegates authority to the Mayor to appoint members to advisory boards and commissions; and The Charter requires that such appointments be made with advice and consent of the City Council; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayoral Appointments to Council Committees and Committee Structure/Function Roster is amended and approved to add Vice Mayor Kimberly Warmsley as the City of Stockton Alternate for the San Joaquin County Advisory Water Commission as set forth on Exhibit 1 attached hereto and incorporated by this reference.
