CITY OF STOCKTON
STANDARD AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
This Amendment Number 4 to the above referenced Agreement is entered into on _______ between the City of Stockton (“City”) and Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. (“Contractor”).
RECITALS
Exhibit C General Terms and Conditions, Paragraph 6, Changes, states the City may modify the scope of services and any material extension or change in the scope shall be memorialized in a written amendment prior to the performance of additional work; and
Exhibit C General Terms and Conditions, Paragraph 7, Amendment, states no variation of the terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless an Amendment is made in writing and signed by both parties; and The City needs to extend the terms and increase the budget to account for an increased level of environmental site investigation as required by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), and costs associated with the preparation of remediation plans, documents, and a risk asse ssment, where Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. is the designated consultant on this project.
Now therefore, the City and the Contracto
r mutually agree as follows:
1. The termination date in Section 2 of the Standard Agreement is amended to:
June 30, 2024
2. Exhibit A is amended to reflect a revised budget, as outlined in Attachment 1 – ECRG Scope of Work
3. See a revised work schedule for this project. (Exhibit F is replaced with the attached Exhibit F)
4. The maximum not to exceed amount in Paragraph 3 of the Standard Agreement is increased by $61,000 to:
$800,000
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and remain in full force and effect unless modified by a written amendment signed by both parties.
