The following persons spoke to the following item: Agustin Sandoval, Gilbert Ruiz, Liz Sutton, Michael Mark, Alvino Moreno, Margo Praus and Mary Elizabeth Approve Resolution 2023-04-13-0501-01 recommending City Council adopt the Environmental Impact Report (SCH #202090561), including a Statement of Overriding Considerations, and adopt a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; and
Resolution 2023-04-13-0501-02 recommending City Council approve a General Plan Amendment to modify the General Plan Land Use Map for Commercial and Industrial land use designations on a portion of APN 177-050-09; and Resolution 2023-04-13-0501-03 recommending City Council adopt an Ordinance for a zoning map amendment to modify Commercial, General (CG) and Industrial, Limited (IL) zoning district designations on a portion of APN 177-050-09; and Resolution 2023-04-13-0501-04 approving a Tentative Map for the creation of thirteen parcels.

Approve Resolution 2023-04-13-0502 recommending that City Council:
1. Find no further environmental review is required per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15183 (Consistency with a Community Plan or General Plan); and
2. Approve a Resolution amending the Stockton General Plan Land Use Map for multiple properties; and
3. Adopt an Ordinance amending the Citywide Zoning Map for multiple properties.
