RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 2022-01-11-1206 AUTHORIZING A SALE OF EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AT 25 NORTH GRANT AND 725 EAST MAIN STREET ADOPTED BY THE CITY JANUARY 11, 2022 The City Council approved a resolution on January 11, 2022, approving the sale of 25 North Grant and 725 East Main Street (Resolution 2022-01-11-1206); and City staff requests the rescinding of the Resolution to allow for a new purchase and agreement; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby rescinds the Resolution approving the sale of 25 North Grant and 725 East Main Street adopted by the City Council on January 11, 2022 (Resolution 2022-01-11-1206), attached as Exhibit 1, incorporated by this reference.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to take whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
