Contractor’s indemnification obligation is not limited in any way by any limitation on th e amount or type of damages, compensation, or benefits payable by or for the Contract or under workers’ compensation acts, disability acts, or other employee benefit acts.
The City’s acceptance of the insurance certificates required under this Agreement does not relieve the CONTRACTOR from its obligation under this paragraph. The indemnification obligations of this section shall survive the termination of this agreement.
Any exceptions to this language may result in a proposal being deemed non-responsive.
CONTRACTOR/Subcontractor's responsibil ity for such defense and indemnity obligations shall survive the termination or completion of this agreement for the full period of time allowed by law.
